Cancellation Policy

At Skinorac, we endeavour to fulfil all orders promptly. However, there may be instances where certain orders cannot be processed and must be cancelled. Reasons for cancellation may include limitations on available quantities, stock unavailability, or issues flagged by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Non-Receipt of Payment:

Unpaid orders are considered cancelled.

Cancellation by Skinorac:

Our customer care team will notify you if any part or the entirety of your order is cancelled. If your credit card has already been charged for a cancelled order, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your account.

Cancellation by the Customer:

Should you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact our customer care team. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will proceed to cancel the order and initiate a refund of the order value after deducting a cancellation fee. Please note that orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled, often within 12 hours of placement.

Refunds:

Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days. However, in the case of Credit Card or bank payments, the crediting of funds may take longer. Skinorac is not liable for delays in crediting funds to the Cardholder’s credit card account, as this is managed by the issuing bank.
